Guillame Azoulay
Guillaume Azoulay
is a self-taught artist who has achieved international recognition as an
extremely gifted and talented artist. His unique style conveys movement,
strength and grace. Since the age of thirteen, Azoulay's thirst for adventure
has taken him to many parts of the world, earning his way by painting and
performing as an actor. Azoulay met his wife Charmaine Seal, noted Welsh
Ballerina in Israel. In 1976 they arrived in the United States.
Included in the
artist's numerous achievements are the acceptance of several of his works in
the permanent collection of the Musee Du Louvre (Cabinet des Dessins). His work
is in the private collections of former presidents Ronald Reagan and Francois
Mitterand of France. Several of his works are in the prestigious Nelson
Rockefeller collection. An early critique of Azoulay's talent perhaps says it
best " A young man whose varied and prolific work lets us predict a very
bright future" (Mr. Daniel Serrulaz, Chief Curator, Musee Du Louvre,
1978). Please make note that Guillame Azoulay is the youngest, living
artist to be on permanent display at the Louvre.
