IIf you are interested in selling your artwork, you should be aware that Sandy Maghan of Diva Art Group has over 40 years experience promoting and selling Fine Art. She founded Diva Art Group in 1993 and placed the site on line in 1995. This site can expose your artwork to clients World Wide.

Contact us for details, by filling out the form on the Contact Us page and choose "selling artwork" as the option in the drop down menu. This will enable an auto-reply with a complete ad policy and further information about listing your art on our site...OR you may choose to read that information below and proceed from here.

HOW TO REGISTER & LIST YOUR ARTWORK;

First you must REGISTER on our website as a seller. You will see the REGISTER link at the top right of any of our web pages.

After you have filled in the requested information and chosen a password, you may then proceed to LOGIN, also at the top right of any web page.

You may begin to add artwork to our site for sale. Our system will allow you to continue without including the pricing information, but I will need that information before the listing can go 'live'.

As of FEBRUARY 1, 2023 Diva Art Group will no longer research secondary sale prices for artwork submitted. Please research the asking or NET prices for the artwork you list, prior to submitting the artwork.

The listings will go to a Diva Art Group consultant who will approve the listing, or contact you via email to discuss pricing, photos, etc before being made 'live on our site"

We will try to feature your artwork in our weekly newsletters when it is initially listed and if it is reduced. Please advise us if you have sold the artwork, changed your mind about selling, or just wish to remove the listing from our site. We do not want to feature artwork that will no longer be available on our site.

SALES POLICIES:

These terms apply to all artwork sold via Diva Art Group, either listed on our site, or not

WE WILL NOT LIST ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE FOR SALE, THAT ARE ALREADY LISTED ON e-Bay or CRAIG'S LIST.

Please DO NOT send e-mails to any other Diva Art Group e-mail address, as this will only delay your reply. Use the Contact Us Form.

Please DO NOT CALL this office, as information regarding consignment or selling your artwork is only accepted via e-mail.

Any artwork sold via Diva Art Group will ship when sold.. Diva Art Group acts as escrow, to protect both the buyer and the seller. The seller is protected, by not packing or shipping the art, until payment is received by Diva Art Group. The buyer is protected by, Diva Art Group not paying the seller until the buyer has confirmed that the art has arrived and is, as listed. The seller has 48 hours to inspect the artwork and disclose any irregularities..

If any artwork sold via Diva Art Group arrives with previously undisclosed damage or irregularity in the artwork, it will be returned to the seller COD for round trip freight charges..

Framing Disclaimer:

The asking price of the artwork is based on unframed values. If a work is framed, the seller may include the frame as added protection in shipping. These frames are usually older and are considered used. Frame are sold AS IS and we will only insure the artwork and not the frames during shipping.

SELLER COMMISSION WILL APPLY AT TIME OF SALE AND IS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL SALE PRICES AND NOT THE COMBINED SALE PRICE FOR MULTIPLE ARTWORK, EVEN IF ON ONE INVOICE.

Diva Art Group retains 25% of the Total Sale Price for all artwork UNDER $3,000.00 and pays for all credit card charges.

Diva Art Group retains 20% of the Total Sale Price for all artwork OVER $3,000.00 and pays for all credit card charges.

Diva Art Group retains 15% of the Total Sale Price for all artwork OVER $40,000.00 .

Diva Art Group retains 10% of the Total Sale Price for all artwork OVER $90,000.00

Diva Art Group MINIMUM COMMISSION is $300.00 for ANY artwork sold.

ARTISTS:

Diva Art Group retains 30% commission based on the NET price of the artwork.

ALL TRANSACTIONS:

BUYER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.

SELLER PAYS FOR ALL PACKING CHARGES.

Diva Art Group is attempting to decrease it's Carbon Footprint therefore NO artwork will be shipped first to Diva Art Group, but rather it will be shipped directly to the buyer to save on transportation fees and emissions. We will ship on the Diva Art Group FEDEX; UPS or DHL accounts.

All consigned artwork must be verified in response to an email sent out 1 - 4 times a year.. Any artwork not verified will be removed from the site.

PAYMENT:

The seller may request payment by ACH to their bank account This service is FREE (average time 1 day)
The seller may request payment via PayPal and pay the PayPal fees…normally 2.95% Domestic and 4.4% International (average time to deposit same day)
The seller may request payment by Bank Wire at a $50.00 fee (Average time to deposit 1-2 days)
